Shipping Policy

As The Velorahaus does not have any logistics department of its own because we work on POD based business and is reliable on 3PL’s (3rd Party Logistics) for shipping there are a certain policy that we follow:

1. Shipping in Covid19 affected areas where restrictions are active may get delayed.
2. Under normal circumstances, shipping of products can take up to 8 – 12days.
3. All the disputes related to Damage, Fake delivery, etc. must be raised within 48 hrs of delivery/delivery attempt. Any such cases raised after 48 hrs will not be considered. (provide proper unboxing videos for verification on arkraj19@gmail.com)
4. The Velorahaus will not make any refunds or resend a product if any order is not delivered due to any reason and processed for RTO.
